week fifteen

On Monday the first lesson we had was with Becca doing blog first then afterwards we had tutorial were we went though different questionnaires that were given to us. we then had drama with Rob and we had to carry on rehearsing our dumb waiter play/scripts by this point I knew it all of by heart so it made it easier because I could move on to subtext and start bringing the character to life a bit more. the next day we had drama and we started by doing a warm up where we did tongue twisters to help us with our pronunciation.
Image result for tongue twisterson Tuesday we had Rob and we did warm ups after we did our vocal warm-ups we then carried on with our scripts but nearing the end of the we sat around the whiteboard and we went though our characters subtext, for example our teacher asked us why do you think the characters are where they are. Then we had dance and we started by doing lots of warm ups she had written on the board that we had to follow 8 moves when ever she called them out. we then carried on with our ice-skating dance routine. Naomi and I looked up different ice-skating shows to get an idea of what we needed to do, it was hard at first as we had to make the same moves as them but with no slippery ice. Once we got a hold on what we were doing we then were able to finish off our piece, we added flips, kicks, glides all to show the different ways to ice-skate. After dance we then had production and we spent the lesson showing our costume designs to Becca (Arianna Grande). I did lots of drawings of little outfits and then I made an outfit using materials because I wanted to go the extra mile. On Thursday we did rehearsals the whole lesson, and me and Dillon went though our two pages looking at all of the stage directions and then we started to set the stage. We started by sitting on seats then added the tiniest details, for example we added times when Dillon would tap me then I would get annoyed and turn away. On Friday we had Becca and we updated our blogs through out the whole lesson, then we had Drama and again we spent the lesson rehearsing but this time we went through the whole thing with all the other pairs as well which was good as we needed to see how everyone was doing.
